Domestic Shipping Information

  • All packages ship from Boston, Massachusetts.
  • PUNK.COM generally ships within 2-3 business days upon receipt of the order.
    • Shipping Rates:
      • Standard Shipping (USPS): $5.00 (Approximately 3-9 business days for delivery.)
      • Priority Shipping (USPS): $10.00 (Approximately 2-3 business days for delivery.)
        • Free Shipping Offer:
      • Orders of $75.00 or more will ship free by USPS Standard Shipping.

International Shipping

    Please allow up to 15 business days for your package to reach its destination. Shipping charges vary based on destination. Priority shipping is not available for International orders. All prices are listed in United States Dollars. Packages will be subject to customs & duties charges. Punk.com is not responsible for these charges as these costs are determined by your local customs office. We are not able to determine, in advance, what these fees will be. We will not mark International orders as a “gift” in order to bypass or reduce any customs. For more information on customs and duties charges, please contact your local customs office. All international orders must be paid with PayPal. No other forms of payment will be accepted for international orders.

    Punk.com ships international orders via DHL Global Mail to the following countries - Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.

        • International Returns:

        • We will only accept returns for refunds. No exchanges will be made on international orders.
        • All items must be unworn, with the original tags and packaging.
        • Underwear, cosmetics, swim wear, earrings, socks and hosiery are not eligible for return unless defective.
        • Shoes must be unworn, in the original box with the original tags. Do not use the original shoebox for shipping;
          please package the shoebox in a larger shipping box. We will not return shoes that have been shipped only
          in the original box.
        • Clearance Items cannot be returned. All sales are final.
